Personal Information collected

In France, Personal Information are protected mainly under law No 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law No 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article 226-16 of the Code pénal and European Directive No 95/46/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995.

When using the website HaiSoft, the following non-personal information are collected :
- the URL internet link used by the User to reach the website HaiSoft
- the internet access provider of the User.

When using the website HaiSoft, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User is collected. This information is not considered to be a Personal Information by the jurisprudence and by CNIL (French National Council for Information Technology and Freedom).

HaiSoft also collects Personal Information relating to the User (name, email address, telephone number) for the needs of the services provided on this website. The User shall provide those Personal Information knowingly, especially when providing them.
It is therefore explained to the User which Personal Information is mandatory or not.

If the User can prove his identity, he can request the following from HaiSoft, by contacting a Member of Staff at haisoft@haisoft.net :
- verification of the Personal Information related to the User, and collected by or for HaiSoft ;
- details regarding the final use of those data ;
- details regarding the identity and geographical location of the recipients of the data ;
- copy of the data provided by the User, held by HaiSoft, at no charge so long as the request is reasonnable, especially if it is not requested too often.

No Personal Information (including any additional Personal Information) of the User of the website HaiSoft is :
- collected without the consent of the User ;
- published without the consent of the User ;
- exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to others.

Only the possibility of acquisition of HaiSoft and its rights would allow the transmission of the information to the potential purchaser who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data concerning the User of the website HaiSoft. Moreover, HaiSoft is allowed to conduct studies and statistical analysis on the use and types of users of the website, subject to the anonymity of the latter.

Update of collected Personal Information

Pursuant to Article 40 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to modify personal data collected about him. To do this, the user sends HaiSoft :

- an email at haisoft@haisoft.net ,
- a letter sent to this address : 7 rue Vieille Levée, 45100 ORLEANS, France.

indicating the name or company name, contact information, mailing or email address, as well as the reference given by HaiSoft, if available.
The update will take place as soon as possible after the receipt of the request from the User by HaiSoft. The update can also be done by the User, if he has access to the Member's Area, on the website. The update is then done straight away.

Declaration CNIL

The website HaiSoft collecting Personal Information from its Users, it has been declared to the CNIL (French National Council for Information Technology and Freedom) under number 1004680.

Accepted Payment Methods

When a purchase is made on the website HaiSoft, the User can use one of the following methods :

- VISA and Mastercard credit or debit cards,
- American Express cards,
- Paypal (the User must then send the payment from his Paypal account to our Paypal email account haisoft@haisoft.net),
- by bank transfer to our bank account with Banque Populaire, IBAN : FR76 1870 7003 5030 3210 5065 740 - BIC : CCBPFRPPVER,
Payments made via a credit/debit card will be made in Euros from France. Some banks may apply transaction fees to credit/debit card transactions made in Euros if the card is not held on a Euro account, or if the card is not held on an account located in a French bank.
Payments made by bank transfers may carry a fee taken by the bank, when the payment is made, or by our bank, when the payment is received and/or transferred into Euros from another currency. Those fees will be deducted from the amount we receive.

Payment via Western Union is also accepted in some cases. The User shall contact a member of Staff before sending a payment via Western Union.

Cookies

A « Cookie » allows a User to be identified, it also customises the display of the website and accelerates the layout of the website. For this purpose, our website stores a small data file on the computer of the User.
The User acknowledges having been informed of this practice and allows HaiSoft to do so.
In any case, HaiSoft will never disclose the content of these « Cookies » to third parties, unless legally required.
The User can refuse the « Cookies » or setup his browser to be warned before the « Cookies » are stored. In order to set this up, the User will set up his browser from menu « options » in Firefox, or « tools » in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Regarding Google Cookies, allowed by default, the User can update this parameter in the dialog box « options ».
